So I bought a 2002 Acura 3.2TL a year ago from this Rolls Royce dealership in my town. They sold me a 2-year bumper to bumper warranty. Now my windshield has cracked and it wasn’t even moving when that happened. Does this warranty cover such a thing?

I just bought a used 2004 Impala and passed on the dealership’s extended warranty offer. What are some good auto warranty companies from your experience? Im looking for mainly a 5 to 6yr powertrain warranty. I will buy a bumper to bumper if the price is reasonable.

This is for a Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 LT. It comes with a two year Manufactuers warranty.

Hello. I bought a truck from a dealership in New York. During the warranty period it became apparant that it needs a new transmission. When the warranty runs out, is there any sort of extended warranty that covers the newly installed parts?

I saw a commercial for this today, and they said that if you get an extended warranty through them, if something goes wrong with your car, like transmission failure, etc. that they will pay for it in full. Does anyone have experience with this insurance/extended warranty? Because I have a ‘98 pickup truck that I run the heck out of, haha. This warranty would be really good for me. Thanks for any help!

We are shopping for a used car and have come across a number of third-party extended warranty options. We are inspecting the contracts pretty closely and some are clearly better than others. We’ve also called different mechanics and received various responses – some have had good experiences, some haven’t.
Do you have any specific experience with one or another of these companies? Positive or negative? We are looking for specifics, here.
Also, in particular, does anyone have experience with the “Freedom Protection Plan” (the best one) offered through Eagle Warranty? Or with Eagle Warranty in general? Thanks.

I’m curious if the sales person I’m dealing with makes some kind of commission from selling the extended warranty.

I have heard that if a used car you are leasing does not have a warranty or your warranty expires you can purchase an extended warranty through a third party. I really need to find one that is good with pretty good rates. Please get at me. Thanks
